Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the buyer at the time of order, within 5 to 10 business days from receipt of payment. Delivery fees are specified at the time of purchase and depend on the destination and weight of the package.

Right of withdrawal

For purchases made from within the European Union: in accordance with European regulations, the buyer has a right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise this right and return the item at their own expense. The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, unworn, and accompanied by all its accessories in the original packaging.

For purchases made outside the European Union: returns are not accepted; all sales are considered final.
