Purpose and Scope

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) define the terms of sale between AJL CONCEPT, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under SIRET number 83872552100010 and located at 6 passage du Grand Cerf, 75002 Paris, and any buyer wishing to make a purchase on the website www.aleparis.fr.

These GTC apply to all sales of pre-owned luxury goods concluded on the website www.aleparis.fr to customers located in the European Union.

Customs Duties and VAT

Customs duties and VAT applicable to the importation of products are the responsibility of the buyer. The applicable rates are those in effect at the time of the order.

Modification of the GTC

AJL CONCEPT reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The modifications are binding on users of the website www.aleparis.fr as soon as they are published online and cannot apply to transactions concluded previously.

Right of Withdrawal

For purchases made from within the European Union: in accordance with European regulations, the buyer has a right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise this right and return the item at their own expense. The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, unworn, and accompanied by all its accessories in the original packaging.

For purchases made outside the European Union: returns are not accepted; all sales are considered final.

However, for all sales made directly in person at the store located at 6 passage du grand cerf, Paris 75002, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
